Set up under aegis of New Adarsh Kalyan Shiksha Samiti, a registered non-profit body, the New Adarsh Institute of Education has dedicated itself to search out the young, men of substance and shape their abilities to take on the challenge ahead to them at global level.
New Adarsh is premier and dynamic institute imparting professional education. It was established by a group of academicians with the sole aim of imparting best education to the students. At NAIE besides our constant endeavor to provide quality education, a value addition that can be leveraged throughout one's professional life, we ensure our students are inculcated with certain ethical values, students are groomed to be responsible, moral, competent and Positive minded individuals, To this end, they are infused with the spirit of enquiry, integrity and commitment motivation and also the ability to emerge winner in the face of challenges, work pressure or adversities of any sort.
Excellence through high quality productive team work and leading by example through co-ordinated systematic action, the desire to continually learn, upgrade or update one self, in tune with the latest and best ( in order ) to maintain a sustained 'competitive edge' over others in their respective professional area. The capacity to cope and manage stress, in the face of continuously changing conditions, in life and especially in the work place, to emerge as a complete, balanced, well groomed, competent and successful teachers.

Acquire academic and professional competencies.
• Develop creative thinking and innovative practices.
• Create awareness and encourage the teacher trainees for their active participation in extra-curricular activities as well as in the organization of Seminars, Workshops and Research related programmes for their all-round development.
• Sensitize them towards social issues – poverty, illiteracy, destitution, environmental pollution erosion of human values and create awareness about the duties and rights of citizens.
• Develop effective communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Help them to avail job opportunities and facilities for self employment.
• To motivate and stimulate the teacher-trainees for their active participation in the teaching-learning process.
